Join Newry Couch to 5k!
8-week program
2 sessions per week Tuesday and Thursday
Venue: St Coleman’s Track Newry
Time: 5 30 – 6 30 pm
Cost: £30 per person
First session: Tuesday 24th March
Graduation will be at Newry parkrun

Wear suitable clothing for the weather, running trainers and bring a drink.
You should be able to walk for 30 minutes before starting the program.
