About this Event

Is your newborn sleeping all day, and staying up all night? Does baby have an inconsistent feeding and nap schedule? Our newborn care specialist is here to help!

During Newborn Sleep Foundations, held at The Living Well Chiropractic + Acupuncture from 3-4:30, NCS Grace will relay her extensive knowledge on newborn sleep and feeding patterns while teaching you how to set up a successful schedule for your child and your family. Soothing methods for calming newborns, sleep conditioning, and the importance of establishing a base nap and feeding routine will also be discussed.

Those currently pregnant and those with a child age 0 weeks to 8 months are welcome to attend. Class costs $75 and you are welcome to bring your partner or a support person at no additional cost.
