What better way to end your working week but with a sunset yoga social 🧘♂️We invite you to move, breathe, and connect in a 45-minute yoga class, set against the beautiful backdrop of the ocean. This session is all about feeling good in your body, having fun, and sharing movement together — guided by our wonderful instructor, Amy from Amy Flows.
This class is open to all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned mover.
After class we invite you to stay and have a chat while we watch the sun set over the ocean🌅
What to bring:
- A yoga mat or a large towel to move on
- A drink bottle
- Good vibes!!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class & allow time to park in the Scarborough area so we can start on time☺️
