I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated entities from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation in the event. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in this event and assume all responsibility for any medical conditions that may arise during the event.

Photo and Video Release

I consent to the use of my image and likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Historical Renaissance Ride on June 30, 2024. I grant the event organizers, sponsors, and their representatives the right to use, reproduce, and distribute these materials for promotional, educational, and informational purposes in any media, now or in the future.

I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image and waive any rights to inspect or approve the final materials.
