• Framed Drums
• Tuning Forks
• Healing Voice Techniques
Whether you are completely new to sound healing or already working within the wellness space, this workshop is designed to help you develop confidence, presence and practical skills for both personal wellbeing and sharing sound with others.
You’ll learn how sound and vibration can support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, meditation and inner transformation; while also receiving plenty of hands-on experience with the instruments themselves.
