Every year, we say farewell to one year and welcome the next with resolve to do things differently. Yet, the old patterns soon return. Why is that? The Buddha has some answers for us and advice for moving forward with greater contentment.
Ina Denton, Lay Dharma Lecturer from Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Monastery and Guang Ming Temple, returns to help us explore and apply the Buddha’s teachings so this year can be the best ever.
