New Year’s Wellness Challenge!!Starts Monday, January 6th!! Ends January 31st.
**Weigh-in Saturday Jan. 4th from 8-10am.
**Challenge Winner will receive a free 1 month unlimited membership to Spearfish Yoga & Cycle!! **Other random participation prizes given!!
Challenge will be based on a points system. Points will be earned based on: body composition changes, diet, workouts, recovery, water consumption, and other wellness measures.
