Embark on a journey to celebrate Imbolc through Movement, Sound Healing, and the magic of Cacao. Immerse yourself in a sacred space to celebrate the magic of this seasonal transition. We will gather around a sacred cup of Cacao to begin our journey. Allow the rich and heart-opening properties of Cacao to deepen your connection to self and community.
You will be guided through Yoga movement to connect with the earth and embrace the awakening of nature. We will then move into a Sound Shower Journey where you will enjoy the sounds and vibrations of various instruments promoting inner balance, relaxation, and harmony.
This class is a celebration of Imbolc, a Gaelic festival celebrated around February 1st, which marks the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. This is a time to honor the increasing light, fertility, and the stirring of life.
