Then gift yourself this intimate vision board experience and set new intentions for the year! My name is Ayesha Noelle, I am an Applied Psychologist and will guide you during this experience.

What can you expect?

The Selfcare Women’s Circle is where women can grow together. It is a nice combination of deep relaxation, journaling, affirmations and sharing your experience with others in a safe space.

As 2025 is around the corner, it's time to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the new year. Honouring endings and beginnings helps us release what no longer serves us and call in what we truly desire. Together in this women's circle, we'll go inwards through meditation to connect with a powerful vision for the year ahead. Guided by your intuition, you’ll gain clarity on your path and create a vision board that reflects your intentions.

Who is this workshop for?

For women who want to join other growth-seeking individuals on a selfcare journey! This women’s circle is all about connecting with yourself and start fresh.
