Welcome the New Year with intention and inspiration at our New Year's Sound Bath, Yoga and Vision Boarding Session with Pam and Stephanie!
Pam will guide you through a series of heart-opening yoga poses designed to release the old and embrace the new. Meanwhile, Stephanie's angelic voice and mesmerizing music will create a soothing sound bath, immersing you in deep relaxation and inner peace.
Afterward, tap into your creativity with a vision board session, where you'll craft a visual representation of your wildest dreams for 2026. Set your intentions for the year ahead and manifest your greatest aspirations in a supportive, uplifting environment.
Light snacks will be served to nourish your body and soul.
Join us for a transformative afternoon and start your year with clarity, purpose and joy!
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to set up for the sound bath and yoga.

Who are Your Guides?
Pam Blair
Pam has been leading yoga classes and retreats locally and nationally since 2008. Her teaching style embraces versatility and diversity. She weaves together multiple styles of movement practices to create an accessible, personal experience for her students. Pam is also Owner of YogaBug Real Estate, a Portland-based boutique real estate brokerage. Serving her yoga community through real estate is one of her great joys.
Stephanie Starnes
Stephanie is a vocal artist, musician, yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner and retreat leader, with a deep love for nature, creativity and authentic expression. She is passionate about holding healing and creative spaces, and has been an international teacher, musician and sound healing practitioner since 2004.
