Join us for a fun and informal gathering where you can meet the chapter coordinators, other folks with ADHD, get a sense of what the group will be about, and help shape a community built around real support. Whether you’re looking for strategies, solidarity, or just a place where your brain feels at home, you’re welcome here. Drop in, be yourself, and join us as we build something meaningful together.
