This is a full on New Years sewing party in the studio.
Kids will jump into a fun, hands on project and sew a Surprise Pocket Banner for their family. A fabric wall hanging with pockets for each person in their family, decorated with bold shapes and details that represent them. Think music notes, sports, art, inside jokes, favourite things. Every banner is totally different!
At home, families can fill the pockets with notes, drawings, jokes, photos, or surprises and open them together on New Years Eve.
