New Year's Intention Setting Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

VBW & WOWSF invite you to the New Year Intention-Setting Sound Bath, a tranquil gathering to welcome the soft beginning of a new year, a new cycle, and an elevated you. As you nestle into stillness, the frequencies of quartz crystal bowls and the grounding pulse of gongs create a serene, time illusion atmosphere filled with rest, release and reflection —one that invites your breath to deepen and your mind to ease to zero point field and reestablishing, reworking and regaining our internal power to create the new reality, identity and new found purpose we seek every start of the year.

When the final vibrations fade, warm tea and light snacks will be available, offering a soft transition back into the moment and enjoying the calm that lingers.

Sound healing, an ancient wellness practice, is linked to alleviating stress and anxiety, among other benefits. Since sound travels through water four times faster than air—and because our bodies hold a high percentage of water—sound healers believe sound can help restore internal balance and harmony. It is also recognized for improving sleep, mental clarity, seasonal depression, decision-making, emotional release, intuition, self-awareness, creativity, and connection with ourselves and others.

Space is extremely limited. Doors open 30 minutes before the sound bath and will close on time. No late entry is permitted. Please wear something cozy and comfortable, and bring a yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow(s), eye masks, a facial mask, and whatever else to help you maximize comfort.
