New Year's Eve Sound Bath

On the eve of the new year, gift your body and mind a blissful rest that will leave you feeling refreshed and inspired for the year (and night) ahead.

I will guide you on a sound journey to honor all that was - the delight and the lessons - this past year, so that we can create space and energy for all that’s to come. This experience begins with a guided meditation where you will hold a vision for the year ahead. Like a seed planted in the earth, this intention will settle deep within the subconscious mind, where change and new beginnings take shape. As you comfortably rest in a nest of blankets and pillows, healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, oceanic sounds & ethereal singing will guide you on a journey to a blissful and nourishing space within.

* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & yoga mat to rest on & something to cover your eyes. I will have blankets and bolsters for you to use, feel free to bring your own! No experience is needed, all are welcome <3
