Join us on New Years Eve from 4-6pm for some light movement, sound bath, and connection circle. This gathering will open with some journal prompts to help us reflect on the past year and think about the next year ahead. We will engage in some light movement and breathwork to help release stagnant energy and let go of that which no longer serves us. The sound bath will calm our brains and provide space for processing and integration. We will end with a sharing circle to discuss our experiences, share what came up for us and support each other.
This event is facilitated by Layne Watts, (artist, vulnerability coach, and connection facilitator) and Wes Carlson (improv musician, breathwork practitioner, and connection facilitator)
Come and spend a few hours tuning in to what's important to you in a supportive and safe space.
Wear comfy clothes, bring a journal, pillows and/or blankets, a water bottle, and a desire to connect with yourself and others.
