We will gather for our annual Chakra Clearing Ceremony IN PERSON to release any energy no longer serving us, releasing and clearing, balancing and harmonizing, and strengthening and energizing our chakras. We will use a variety of sound instruments to assist us in this process. This is a great way to prepare you for 2026. Your hosts are Melodie Polansky of Grateful Life Wellness and Deb Jennings of Sounds for the Soul by Deb Jennings.
We will meet at Unity Center of Des Moines, 414 31st Street from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
