New Year's Eve Candlit Yoga

The thought of setting New Year’s intentions can be a time to reflect on the past year, but it can also cultivate feelings of stress about ‘who we want to become.’ To honor this new cycle and embrace the truth and freedom of who we are becoming, without judgment, we will gather for a candlelit yoga class and intention setting. For the evening you will be led through a rejuvenating practice intended to release tension and cultivate inner peace and acceptance followed by an intention-setting ceremony and the chance to tune into your heart space while enjoying a cup of tea. The evening will conclude with a guided meditation to ground your intentions as we step into the New Year.
