Let's prepare our body, mind and spirit for 2025!
We will open this event with a heart opening cacao ceremony creating a space to elevate your physical awareness and expand your consciousness.
While we allow time for the cacao to be fully absorbed, we'll create a mini vision board to help prepare ourselves for manifesting our visions.
Then we prepare our vessel with expansive breathwork and somatic movements.
Once our bodies are ready, we move into a serene sound journey. You'll be surrounded by the elevated frequencies of crystal and Tibetan bowls along with other harmonizing instruments. As your body reaches a deep state of relaxation Roman will gently guide you through a powerful manifestation meditation.
Once the sound journey is complete you may stay tea and reflection
