New Year's Day Cacao Ceremony | A Beautiful Reset

Begin the new year not with pressure, resolutions or expectations, but with a moment to pause, reconnect and simply be.
About this Event

Join Gizelle Renee, founder of I AM BEING, for a beautiful New Year's Day cacao ceremony, an invitation to gently release what no longer serves you, leave last year behind and create space for everything you wish to welcome into the year ahead and thrive.
Through heart-opening ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, journaling, Reiki and an immersive alchemy crystal sound bath, we will explore the power of new beginnings, setting intentions from a place of kindness rather than expectation.
This is not about becoming someone new or changing who you are. It is about returning to yourself, recognising how far you have come and giving yourself permission to begin again, exactly as you are.
A beautiful, nurturing way to welcome the new year with clarity, connection and intention.
A new year. A fresh beginning. The same beautiful you.
Come as you are. Everything you need will be provided. Love, Gizelle.
