Start 2025 off in your POWER with a practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) followed by a restful Savasana and New Year meditation!
All levels welcome.
This practice is fierce, powerful, and even meditative for most. We encourage our students to come and move how it feels best for them. You might do all 108 sun sals or you might grab a bolster, do a few flows and do restorative yoga the rest of the time.
We will review sun salutations and modifications at the beginning of class.
