Ready to kickstart your 2025 with a fresh perspective? Join me for a day retreat designed to help you uncover your deepest desires and discover the energy you need to manifest them into reality!
The start of the NEW YEAR often prompts us to make positive changes in our lives. THIS RETREAT will be an ideal time to pause after the busy festive season, nourish your body and mind, and create space in order to manifest your intentions for the coming year 2025.
Day arrangements:
* Drinks on arrival
* Energising hatha yoga flow session in the morning with focus on breath awareness & pranayama techniques.
* Yin & restorative practice in the afternoon, followed by a nurturing full yoga Nidra guided meditation to induce deep state of relaxation before your departure.
* Time for reflection on the past year, journaling/ setting intentions to have a clear vision on what you want to achieve in your life in 2025! Plenty of space for you to pause, to breathe, to nourish, space for individual reflection and for shared connection.
* Delicious, hearty, homemade lunch provided
* Walk in nature near Culverthorpe Lake -weather permitting or nature mandala making
* Goodie bag

This retreat is also a wonderful gift for a loved one or a great opportunity to try my classes too.

*Bring your mat and anything that will make you cosy and warm, any props you might have, a blanket or two, cushion, bolster… Wear comfortable, not restricting movement clothing.
