A sound healing journey is an immersive experience, we use various instruments, including Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and vocals, producing frequencies that resonate with different parts of the body, mind, and spirit to create a harmonious soundscape. Often conducted in a serene and nurturing environment, it offers you a space for deep relaxation and introspection.
Join us for an evening of sound and allow yourself to let go into your deepest self.
Please bring;
~ Something to lay on, eg. yoga mat, sheepskin
~ Cushions for your comfort
~ A blanket or two, it does get chilly when laying down in a relaxed state for a long period of time.
~ Eye mask/cover
~ Water bottle
The energy exchange for a sound healing journey is £15 plus a small admin fee. You can book via the link and pay via PayPal or bank transfer.
