🔸About Sound Baths:
Sound has a profound impact on our well-being, reaching deep into the realms of our emotions, thoughts, and even our physical bodies.
Whether it's the resonant tones of Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, the rhythmic beats of drums, or the melodic chants of Vedic mantras, research have found that these sounds facilitate healing on multiple levels:
* By increasing white matter in the brain & improving cognitive functions.
