Reset + Restore Evening - Welcoming Spring!Taking an evening out from your busy life to reset and restore your mind, body and soul. Taking the time just for you.
🔹The session is 2hrs 15mins, consisting of
* 30 minutes calming yoga
* 45 minutes yoga nidra guided meditation + individual reiki
* 60 minutes sound bath (using gongs, singing bowls, drums, sound therapy bells etc).
Yoga Nidra is also referred to as “yogic sleep” due to the deep relaxation it can bring.
A really nurturing session.
🔹Places are limited to just 8.
🔹£20 per person.
Please note, this session may not be suitable to you if you have any of the following conditions:
Are in first 3 months of pregnancy;
Any neurological disorders including epilepsy;
Had a stroke/TIA in the last 6 months;
Parkinson's disease and have a deep brain stimulation device fitted;
Any heart issues;
Have a pacemaker fitter;
Severe depression or anxiety;
Have any metal implants.
