New Year Reset: Somatic Breathwork, Sound Healing & Reiki

Start the new year with clarity, intention, and a renewed sense of inner alignment. This special New Year Reset event is designed to help you release what you’re ready to leave behind—and step into 2026 with grounded energy, fresh perspective, and an open heart.

Through a blend of Somatic Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative experience that supports both emotional clearing and energetic renewal.

This workshop is intentionally crafted to help you reset from within.
You’ll begin with Somatic Breathwork using rhythmic, circular, connected breathing designed to activate the body, move energy, and clear out emotional and energetic buildup from the past year. This powerful practice helps release tension, stuck emotions, and heaviness, creating space for deeper clarity and renewal.

As your body softens and your energy opens, you’ll then be immersed in a soothing Soundbath, allowing vibrational healing to deepen relaxation and support integration. To complete your journey, Reiki energy healing will bring balance, harmony, and a sense of inner spaciousness—helping you step into the new year feeling aligned and deeply supported.

Set in the tranquil yoga space beside the Himalayan salt room, this experience is amplified by the natural benefits of salt therapy—supporting your breath, calming your mind, and grounding your energy.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax in the Himalayan salt room before class begins at 5:00 PM. Doors will close promptly at start time to maintain the integrity of the experience.

Somatic Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or who have certain medical conditions, including cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or severe psychiatric conditions.
