This isn’t your typical pole class — it’s a professionally designed, therapeutic women’s empowerment series that blends beginner-friendly pole movement with mindfulness, reflection, and guided discussion.

Led by Christina Kafalas, LCSW, Soul Pole: Rooted in Self is a 4-week journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence from the inside out, and step into the most grounded, empowered version of yourself.

This series focuses on self-acceptance, confidence, embodiment, and reframing internal narratives — all within a supportive, non-judgmental community of women. You’ll explore what it means to take up space, move with intention, and feel more at home in your body.
