On Thursday, January 22, Sunsets & Sips returns to Taliesin West with a special evening celebrating "Desert Mirror", a new exhibition by Arizona-based artist Erika Lynne Hanson.Experience how Hanson’s evocative, site-specific works transform as the desert light fades, creating a powerful dialogue between art, architecture, and environment. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Desert Masonry, "Desert Mirror" reflects the shifting colors, textures, and rhythms of Taliesin West as day turns to dusk.
Erika will be on hand to answer questions in an informal setting and share more about her latest work. She’ll be available in the Garden Room near the three tapestries she created.
