FRIDAY 1/10 630PM- Breathwork & Meditation : Learn 4 breathing exercises to bring mind body into balance. Reduce stress and physical pain on the spot. Increase energy, boost immune system and wellbeing.
FRIDAY 1/17 630PM- Authentic Movement Meditation: Access zone states through movement for mental emotional health, transformation and performance.
FRIDAY 1/24 630PM- Meditation & Hypnosis for Inner Transformation: Clearing limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and patterns manifesting as pain, stress and blocks to your health, fitness and performance goals.
