New Year Jump Start Support Group will start December 30, 2024 and meet weekly for 6 weeks.The Health & Wellness Support Group is a peer support space where participants can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Through guided discussions, interactive workshops, and personalized advice, participants will explore practical strategies for enhancing their overall well-being. The program emphasizes creating sustainable habits that promote long-term health and personal growth.
All ages and all fitness levels are welcome.
The New Year Jump Start Support Group will cover goal setting, nutrition and exercise, mental health and stress management, self care and the importance of sleep, social wellness, and how to create sustainable habits.

Program cost - We do not want cost to be a barrier to participation. For those able to contribute, we have a suggested donation of $10 per meeting to cover activity and operational costs.
