The beginning of the year allow us to take a pause and reconnect with what truly matters to us. To turn inwards and connect with our heart & souls.

This night is to fill your cup, to realign with your joy.

A night of connection, Reiki infused meditation and a beautiful Healing Circle to set your intentions for this magical new beginning!

Knowing that it's time to release, time to let go.

Take this intentional moment to reveal what went well, what you enjoyed, what brought you joy & what you are ready to release.

As we slowly move onto the transition of the new year, we reflect on what no longer serves and the lessons learnt.

During this workshop you will receive:

-Prompts & handouts for reflection

-Meditation on the New beginning & closing cycles

-The opportunity to reflect and participate in a guided burn of whatever you want to leave behind

-Tools to release & ease your way into the New Year as well as create your new Intentions

-Vision Board materials
