The Government's Animal Care and Protection draft bill will be debated from 5.15pm on Wednesday the 12th of August...
You have two choices. You can stand on the steps of parliament waving your posters etc. alerting all the passerby's that it is happening.
Or,
you can see if there is room in the Victorian Parliament Legislative Council Chamber features public viewing galleries along its walls that are open to visitors on sitting days.
Visit: Open during sitting days to watch live proceedings, though capacity is limited.
Identification: Visitors must provide a name, address, and an approved ID like a driver's licence or passport.
Rules: No filming, photography, eating, drinking, or mobile phone use is permitted in the gallery. Oh and no yelling at the politicians at work.
