Dear beautiful soul,
I’m excited to announce a special sound bath series designed to help you realign, recharge, and reconnect with your energy.
For 4 weeks, starting next Saturday March 14th, we will gather every Saturday evening to explore and activate 4 different chakras, using sound vibrations, intention, and deep relaxation.
Each session will focus on a specific chakra, allowing you to gently release blockages, restore energetic flow, and bring greater balance to your body and mind.

We will work on the:
Root Chakra – Grounding & Stability

Located below the navel, the sacral chakra governs creativity, pleasure, and emotional flow. When balanced, it encourages joy, passion, and healthy emotional expression.
Solar Plexus Chakra – Confidence & Personal Power
Located in the upper abdomen, the solar plexus chakra is connected to self-confidence, motivation, and inner strength. When balanced, it helps you trust yourself and take empowered action.
Heart Chakra – Love & Compassion
Located at the center of the chest, the heart chakra is the center of love, compassion, and connection. When balanced, it supports emotional healing and the ability to give and receive love. 💚
