Vinyasa Flow @ Mission Peak Wine

Join us for a Vinyasa Yoga session led by the experienced instructor, Dolian Wilson, who brings decades of yoga expertise to guide you through a harmonious practice.

In this session, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the flow of Vinyasa yoga, focusing on fluid movements and mindful breathing to restore balance to your mind and body. This class is designed to accommodate all yoga skills. Students may bring props listed below for more advanced movements.

The session will be held under the Lake Pavillion open air structure.

What to bring?

• Yoga mat
• Yoga hand towel
• Water bottle
• 1x Yoga strap (optional)
• 2x Yoga blocks (optional)
• Knee pad (optional)

*Extra yoga mats and props will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Light bites and optional samples of wine (guests 21+) will be available, and select wines can be purchase by the glass or bottle.
