Welcome to NEW MOON YOGA W/ CELLO ACCOMPANIMENT at Residence Inn Missoula! Join us for a unique experience of yoga practice guided by the soothing sounds of a live cello. Let the music and the energy of the new moon inspire and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. This in-person event offers a special opportunity to connect with yourself and the universe in a harmonious setting. Don't miss out on this magical evening of relaxation and renewal.
This class is open to all abilities and ages.

What: 1 hour yoga flow with tea, and journaling (please bring your own journal and pen. if you do not have one a few small ones will be available for use.)
