New Moon Yoga, Reiki & Sound Bath

Treat yourself to a unique blend of yoga, sound healing, and reiki as we celebrate the new moon!

🌊 Join Jamie and Ana in nature's sanctuary, where the grassy ocean overlook becomes our yoga studio and each breath brings you closer to inner peace.

Our practice combines gentle, flowing movements, restorative stretches, and a deeply relaxing Savasana by the sea. This all-levels experience is a journey of release, rejuvenation, and grounding. You’ll be supported in every moment, surrounded by soothing vibrations and guided through a serene yoga practice to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.

We’ll end with a soothing sound bath and reiki offering to melt away tension, leaving you refreshed and uplifted. 🌊🧘‍♂️✨

What to Expect:

• Opening meditation

• Breathwork (pranayama) to center the mind

• Heart-centered yoga for full-body restoration

• Yin stretches to release stress

• Crystal bowl sound bath during a beachside Savasana

• Optional reiki for an extra touch of calm

What to Bring:

• Mexican blanket or towel to protect your yoga mat from sand

• Yoga mat (some provided)

• Layers to stay cozy

• Water bottle

• An open mind and heart

This is a free event although we gratefully accept sliding scale donations to help support our offering. A typical donation is $11-44 but offer what you are able. Your presence is your greatest gift!

Directions: Park on the public street of Ebb Tide Ln - it is a roundabout street. From there, walk towards the shoreline - you will see us set up on the grassy bluff on the south end of the park.

This is a weather-permitting event. If it is rainy or too windy, we will send an email out to inform you of the indoor location it would be moved to.
