Let yourself be held in stillness, sound, and spaciousness—and emerge renewed.
This hour and a half immersion will begin with calming aromatherapy VandanaLife essential oil, followed by a yoga nidra guided meditation that will allow you to access deep states of relaxation and consciousness, opening a doorway to a place where we can see ourselves and our lives in the most positive light.
Once in this relaxed state the crystal singing bowls will immerse your body and mind with vibration and frequency. These tones will send healing to your immune system, increase mental and emotional clarity, help calm over activity, and balance the chakras.
Class will close with discussion and oracle messages. It is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow and an optional light covering for your eyes.

Vandana Dillon (E-RYT 200/ Reiki Master/ Sound Healer/ Meditation Teacher) has been a devoted yoga teacher in Tampa Bay for over 18 years, guiding thousands through spiritual yoga and teaching yoga and meditation at spiritual retreats alongside renowned humanitarian Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma) around the US.
She currently teaches at Awaken 2 Yoga in Sunken Gardens and Yoga Village sharing a wide range of healing modalities including Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, IAM Meditation, Reiki, and AccuSatva with Dr. Rebecca. Vandana has led numerous retreats and teacher trainings, most recently co-leading a spiritual journey in Rishikesh, India in Feb/ March 2025. She is also the founder of the St. Pete Yoga Festival www.StPeteYogaFest.com and other community-based initiatives, and is finishing her second term as President of the Florida Yoga Teachers Association.
