Drop-In $20 ONLY (Not Free - Must Pay at the door). Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your space! First come first serve.

Step into a sonic journey where we settle in with the breath to shift out of "doing" mode and into "being" mode. Harmonizing with the energy of a weekly highlighted crystal, allow the resonance of the instruments to cleanse your body and let the sound vibrations ripple through you, releasing whatever no longer serves you.

What to bring:
- Yoga Mat (Bring your fav or borrow one of ours)
- Blanket & Pillow if needed (Essential for staying cozy and warm if you get cold. It can be chilly in the mornings on the floor)
- Water/Electrolytes (To rehydrate afterwards)
