🧘 Guided Yin Yoga: 60 minutes of gentle, calming postures to release deep tension and quiet your mind (all levels welcome).
🎶 Restorative Sound Bath: 30 minutes of crystal singing bowls that melt away stress and rebalance your energy.
📝 Journaling + Intention Setting: harness the energy of the New Moon to plant seeds for what you want to call in.
