Join us for a Journey of Release and Renewal.

Expect a deeply nourishing evening of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, guided by the gentle energy of the new moon. This workshop is a space to pause, reflect, and plant seeds of new intention as we embrace the spirit of autumn.

We'll sink into long-held postures aimed to release physical tension and unwind the mind. We'll close with a deeply restful guided Yoga Nidra meditation, inviting you to find inner stillness and relaxation.

No prior experience needed - just bring yourself and a cosy layer to wrap up in.
