New Moon Soundbath Ceremony

The New Moon marks the beginning of each month's lunar cycle. We'll celebrate this symbol of renewal while we set our intentions for the month to come and rest while enveloped in the soothing vibrations of gongs played by lead sound healers, Gian Shakti and Sotantar Suraj.

This event is perfect for those looking for a peaceful space to meditate, manifest their intentions, and enjoy a restful evening to improve overall sleep. Many have found they sleep deeper and wake up feeling more rested after just one sound bath.

Why The New Moon?

The New Moon symbolizes new beginnings, the potential for growth, and transformation. Taking time during the new moon to meditate, relax, and focus on our intentions for the month to come is a great way to prepare ourselves for the rest of the month.

What to bring:

- a yoga mat or yoga-mat-sized pad ($5 rental mats available in limited supply)

- eye coverings (optional, for your comfort)

- a piece of paper/notebook and pen to write your intentions and or thoughts down before we rest in savasana/corpse pose

- a blanket (studio blankets provided)
