December Yoga Classes with Hayley

NOTE: Be sure to double check the class date and time you are selecting. There are five classes for December all on Monday nights from 6:30-7:30pm.

Registering: The studio fits up to 12 mats, so please register below if you are planning to attend. If you are unable to make it please kindly cancel 24-hours in advance as there may be a waitlist. You may absolutely invite friends and family! Just be sure that every person is registered here and has a confirmed spot, once there are no tickets left it is because the class is full, please join the waitlist.

The cost: Each class is $15/person and can be paid in the form of cash or venmo (@haylsg17).

The studio space + parking: True Flow Yoga is an indoor studio with free parking on the front, side and back. The studio faces Quail Street and doors will open 15 minutes before start time, please arrive at least 2-3 minutes early out of respect for your fellow yogis, to find parking and to land comfortably on your mat.

What to bring: Please bring your own mat. The studio has blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets if needed to support or modifying any postures.

What to wear: Feel free to wear any comfortable stretchy clothing that feels best on your body, every body is a yoga body 😊. The studio is temperature controlled at room temperature (i.e.: this is not hot yoga), but you may wish to have an extra layer to put on for our final resting posture.
