New Moon Sound Bath with Kane Sun

Join us this month for a New Moon Sound Bath under the intuitive energy of Pisces. This New Moon offers us a moment to slow down and intentionally allow in space for new beginnings and positive possibilities.

We’ll work with the element of water, themes of fluidity, flow, and release. Washing away old stories and mental patterns that keep us from embracing our fullest potential.Our session will begin with intention setting.

To invite in a moment for introspection and clarity before diving into sound. You’re welcome to bring a notebook, blankets, and anything that brings you comfort. As we step into Spring, together we water and nourish the seeds of transformation; leading you to the realization of your highest self.

All are welcome.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
