New Moon Sound Bath with CBD Gummy Sample

The New Moon is a time of renewal, reflection, and setting intentions for fresh beginnings. This 60-minute sound bath invites you to release what no longer serves you and embrace the energy of possibility.

We’ll begin by focusing on our intentions, amplifying them with the frequencies of a quartz crystal singing bowl and the powerful energy of the new moon. As the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, handpan, Earth gong, and vibrations wash over you, you’ll sink into a state of deep relaxation.

For an added layer of calm, enjoy an optional CBD gummy sample (THC-free) to ease tension, soothe the nervous system, and enhance your experience.

Relax, restore, and emerge feeling lighter, balanced, and ready for what’s ahead.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyone's safety.
