Through gentle restorative yoga, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath, allow yourself to be held in stillness and appreciation.

Let gratitude root you, peace wash over you, and your heart open to the quiet beauty of simply being.
***PROVIDED: Mats, blocks, yoga blankets, eye masks, goodie bags with treats and specials from some favorite local sponsors!
