About this Event
Come celebrate the longest day of the year under open sky - a morning to move what’s been heavy, breathe in what’s been waiting, and let your body remember joy.
Our Summer Solstice Ecstatic Dance Journey is part ritual, part play, part liberation… held outdoors in nature at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa.
We’ll begin by arriving gently with yoga and breathwork, grounding into the body and opening the inner channels that want to move.
From there, we’ll flow into an ecstatic dance party - a bright, heart-led celebration where you’re invited to be as wild or tender as you need.
Expect bubbles, ribbon twirling, and the kind of laughter that comes from letting yourself be free.
To close, we’ll soften into an enchanting sound bath ... resting on the earth as sound moves through you like sunlight through leaves, held by bird song and trees. A sweet landing. A deep exhale. A return to your own rhythm.

If you'd like to hike down with us, please meet us in the parking lot by 8:50am
What to bring
- A yoga mat or blanket to lay on for the sound bath
- Any fun tools to dance with (ribbons, scarves, fans, flowers, etc.) optional
- Water, sun protection, and layers (morning breeze can be real)
- Most of all: an open heart and a playful spirit
