We will gather round the fire for cacao and then snuggle in and lie down in the warmth to receive a deeply nurturing and nourishing sound bath. This can consist of any of the following: tuning forks, essential oils, medicine drum, crystal bowls, chimes, shakers, crystals and harp.
The benefits of Sound Baths:
Deep Relaxation & Stress Relief: Sound baths calm the nervous system, lower heart rate, and reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels.

After the sound bath the circle is closed and our guests have the opportunity to drift off home or to stay and share. Those who stay will be invited to journal, chat and have a sleepy tea together to unpack the experience.
