The New Moon is the quietest phase of the lunar cycle—a blank slate and a powerful time for introspection and renewal. Join us on June 15 to align with this energy of fresh starts and plant the seeds for what you want to manifest next.
The Experience
Immerse yourself in a restorative journey of frequency and vibration. As you lie in comfort, the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will wash over you, helping to:
• Calm the nervous system and reduce deep-seated stress.
• Clear mental clutter to create space for new insights.
• Restore harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
What to Bring
To ensure you are fully comfortable and can drift deep into the experience, please bring:
• A yoga mat or cushion to lie on.
• A cozy blanket and pillow (body temperature often drops during deep relaxation).
• An eye mask to help turn your focus inward.
• Water and dark chocolate for grounding after the session.

Recommendations in the area of sound therapy tell us that there are contraindications to be aware of. Persons with certain conditions and medical histories are advised to consult with their health care professional regarding attending a sound bath or having sound therapy sessions, due to the potential detox effect a sound session can create, and the effects that vibration has on the body.
*Pregnancy: during the first and third trimester. Besides a detox effect, deep sound can trigger contractions.
*Clients with implanted devices such as stents, shunts, pacemakers, pumps, or valves and those who have metal implants.
*Those with the following conditions and histories: seizures, a recent head injury/concussion (3 months), heart conditions, a history of blood clots, unmanaged mental health issues such as PTSD or personality disorder, post-operative patients and those with severe debilitation and cancer.
