New Moon Sound Bath

Release stagnant energy, align your chakras, and reset your system as you connect with the grounding energy of the upcoming new moon. Through soothing vibrational frequencies, healing instruments, and intuitive energy work, this immersive sound bath invites you into a deep state of restoration and inner clarity.
Rather than focusing outward, the new moon is a natural moment for turning inward. It’s often associated with reflection, intention-setting, and creating space for what’s next. In this session, sound becomes a guide, helping quiet the noise and support a sense of balance across body, mind, and energy.
With the combined guidance of Nicole Aquino and Monk Turner, this collaborative sound bath blends live sound healing and intuitive energetic support to create a deeply restorative experience. Together, they hold a space designed to help you unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself as the new moon energy supports fresh beginnings.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
