The New Moon brings a quiet invitation to pause, release, and begin again. As the pure tones of crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes wash over you, your nervous system begins to unwind, your breath deepens, and your body finds stillness.

Sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions.
