New Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Manifestation Ceremony with Vicky

Join us for a magical experience of relaxing into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within.
The New Moon Soundbath & Cacao Manifestation Ceremony is a transformative event designed to harness the powerful energy of the new moon for healing, relaxation, and setting intentions and practice of manifestation.

We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao, energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it.

After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

A variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and healing instruments will be used.
The new moon’s energy will enhance the experience, making it an ideal time for reflection, manifestation, and setting new intentions.

• Yoga Mat
• Cushion
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Small drinking vessel (small water bottle, mason jar or coffee mug)
• Blanket to keep warm (optional)
• Bolster for under your knees (optional)
• Note: You will be laying on the floor for about an hour, so bring anything that will make you feel comfortable. Your body may get cold when you start going into a resting state.
